Max Concentrate Paste Colour PURPLE EXTRA 42g

Sugarflair Maximum Concentrated Paste Colours, for easy colouring. Gives fondant and marzipan a rich colour with a small amount of food colouring.

Instructions: colour in small amounts by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it. The knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured. Add more paste for a richer colour.

Ingredients: humectant: E422, solvent: E1520, anti-caking agent: E551, colour: E133, E122.

E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Maximum usable dose: 4.7 g/kg.
