Dusting Color Fractal Colors - LAGOON BLUE (Е171)

The Fractal color dusts are available in an especially wide range, in various colors at a high quality.

Main methods of usage:

• with dry paint brush into dry surface: easy way to color or decorate,
• shading, toning, spreading: nice tool to create gradients,
• thinned with alcohol: to paint, to get nice contours, sharp colors,
• knead it to your fondant or paste to color it easily,
• coloring chocolate: add it to melted white chocolate.

Ingredients: colour (brilliant blue FCF E133, titanium dioxide E171, quinoline yellow E104*).

Average expiry time: 5 years from production.

Color material content: 62,5 %.

Storage: protected from light.

*May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Use as food additive.

Maximum usable dose:

• In case of filling: 0,48 g/kg
• In case of decoration, coating: 1,79 g/kg
