You can use these pens to paint directly on marzipan, rolled fondant, fondant paper, gum paste, royal icing and wafer paper. Let the marzipan, rolled fondant, gum paste and royal icing dry for 24 hours before painting. The surface must be free of powdered sugar and any fat residue.
