This impression mat is ideal for use with a range of edible materials including: sugarpaste (rolled fondant), modelling paste (gum paste) or marzipan. The beautiful swirl print can be used for a great variety in cake designs. Both sides of the mat can be used to create either an embossed or raised design.
Instructions for use:
Knead and roll out the paste to an even thickness using sugar for dusting.
