REGISTRATION
You can purchase products from our store as a registered user or a guest. As a registered user you will access some extra functions of our site as purchase history, favorite products etc., Guests can not take parts of our promotional programs as well as in our funny games with gifts we organized from time to time. Also guests will not be informed about discounts.

 

SECURITY

Your personal data in our site will be keeped safe under European Laws. It will be shared only under European Gouverments reasonable requirements. Using your user name and password from other persons is under your responsibility. Our team will contact you if there is а suspicion of illegal use of your personal profile.

PRICES
The indicated price of individual goods is 1 piece include 20% VAT. They are changing automatically when you change the currency.
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of products. It is determined individually depending on the volume of products ordered, payment method and delivery.

CHANGE OF PRICES
The product prices in the store can be changed without any notification. Any kind of discount you can see in our "Special Products" page. Price changes are not apply for orders placed before the changes themselves.

DISCOUNT COUPON
You can use discount coupon before order conformation. You can have discount coupon for loyalty, some campains, as a partical refund under the terms of returning. The discount may be given as a percentage or fixed amount.

ORDER CONFORMATION
The conformation of placed orders is made by pressing the "Confirm Order" button. You will receive mails about the status of your order. Also we will send you the trucking number of the shipped package. If you want to refuse the order you have to inform us immediatly before the status of your order become "shipped".

RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The return of the purchased items we accept in the following cases:
- factory damaged goods - the user have to inform us via phone or mail about the damages in a day after receiving the package. He have to take a picture of the damage zone and send it to mail info@cookibooki.bg. After receiving the item we will refund his price or we will send you new one. Shipping price in this case is under our responsibility.
- wrong item - you have to return the item and we will send you the right one or we will refund you. Shipping price in this case is under our responsibility..

- the item is not meet your expectation - you have to return the item without openning it. Shipping price in this case is under your responsibility.

Delivery

- The orders will be prepared after user confirmation.

- Deliveries are made by courier throughout the country.

- The shipping cost is calculating automatically upon confirmation of the order.

- Deliveries are performed for 2-3 days depending on the location.

- Supplies not carried out on Sundays and public holidays

- Free delivery for orders over 60 lev not exceeding 5 kg.

 

Terms of delivery

  • The client must specify the recipient's name and exact address for delivery.
  • The phone number of recipient is required.
  • The client should review the products requested in the presence of the courier and irregularities require statement of facts.
  • For international users have to pay in advance before we prepared their orders.
  • On the day of the expected delivery customer have to ensure the presence in the delivery address or to answer the phone for further clarification
