The removable ring opens using a side buckle, allowing the baked cake to be released without turning it upside down. This is particularly convenient for delicate cheesecakes, tall sponge cakes and desserts with carefully arranged decorations.

Easy release of finished cakes

The spring mechanism allows the side of the pan to expand and separate from the dessert. Once the buckle is opened, the ring can be carefully lifted away while the cake remains on the removable base.

How to use

1. Place the removable base inside the ring and close the side buckle.
2. Grease or line the base with baking paper according to the recipe.
3. Add the prepared mixture and spread it evenly.
4. Bake or chill the dessert according to your chosen recipe.
5. Allow the finished cake to cool and stabilise.
6. Carefully release the edges with a silicone or plastic spatula.
7. Open the spring buckle and lift away the ring.

Cleaning and care

• Wash the pan before first use.
• Hand wash with warm water, mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
• The pan is not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher.
• Do not use metal utensils, knives or wire cleaning pads.
