Sugarflair Maximum Concentrated Paste Colours, for easy colouring. Gives fondant and marzipan a rich colour with a small amount of food colouring.
Instructions: colour in small amounts by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it. The knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured. Add more paste for a richer colour.
Maximum usable dose: 4.7 g/kg.
Suitable for all water-based foods.
Ingredients: humectant: E422, thickener: E551, colour: E102, E104.
E102, E104: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Contains negligible amounts of energy, fat, carbohydrates, sugars, proteins and salt.
