The concentrated paste colours pastel from Sugarflair give a beautiful colour to marzipan or fondant. The left flower in the pictures is made of fondant en the right flower is made of marzipan.
Ingredients: vegetable glycerine (E422), mono propylene glycol (E1520), silicon dioxide (E551), colours (E110, E129, E133). E110 and E129 may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention in children. Kosher.
Instructions: Stir well before use. Colour in small amount by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it, then knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured.
Storage advice: Store in sealed containers in a dry place.
Suitable for all water-based foods.
