Directions for Use
Apply the desired amount over buttercream, ganache, glaze, icing, melted chocolate or another slightly moist surface. For more precise decoration, the larger pearls can be positioned individually using tweezers.
It is recommended to add the mix after the confectionery product has been baked and shortly before serving, helping to preserve its colours, shapes and decorative appearance.
