FunCakes rolled fondant (vanilla flavor) is very flexible. The fondant is easy to use due to its soft structure. The fondant hardens after processing. FunCakes fondant is available in various kinds of lovely colors.
You need approx. 500 gram of fondant to cover a round cake with a dia of 24/26 cm. For decorations, you can add per 250 gram fondant one full teaspoon of tylose and some water. Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar. The fondant expires approx. 6-9 months after purchase.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), humectants (E422), thickening agent (E415, E466), emulsifier (E471), coloring (E161b, E133),natural flavoring, preservative (E200), citric acid (E330).
Allergens: this product may contain traces of almond. Gluten free.
